Calendar access: If you authorize, we will access your calendar to set repayment reminders to avoid bad credit records due to overdue payments.

GPS rough location: To prevent fraud and improve service quality, we may collect your approximate location (such as city or region). We will ensure that the collected data is encrypted during transmission to protect your privacy.

2.Data usage description of Firebase SDK.

In order to improve the user experience, GoldCredit Loan App integrates the development toolkit Firebase SDK provided by Google. We use Firebase SDK for the following purposes:

User login status tracking: Firebase SDK helps us identify whether the user has logged in to their Gold Credit account. This information is used to implement certain features that can only be accessed by logged-in users and provide users with a more personalized experience.
Registration status tracking: We use Firebase SDK to identify whether the user has completed the registration process. This helps us optimize the user's registration process and ensure that users can start using our services smoothly.
Loan application tracking: Through Firebase SDK, we are able to track whether the user has applied for a loan. This data is critical for us to analyze the usage of loan products and user needs, allowing us to continuously improve our products and services.
Data usage scope statement: We will not use any personally identifiable information collected through Firebase SDK for any purpose other than advertising targeting. All data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Google's privacy policies.

In the event of a personal information leak, we will take all necessary steps to notify the relevant regulatory authorities and, should circumstances require it, inform you of the breach in accordance with the law or applicable data protection regulations.

6. Age Restriction

Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to use this service.

7. Purpose Limitation

Gold Credit collects personal information only for the express purpose of providing loan services and only with the express consent of the individual. This personal information will not be used for any other purpose that is incompatible with the original purpose unless new consent is obtained for such alternative purpose.

8. Product Offerings

Gold Credit offers loan amounts ranging from 10,000 to 1,000,000 Shillings, with loan terms ranging from 91 to 365 days. Annual percentage rates range from 18% to 32%.

9. User Rights

We promise to do our utmost to protect the security of your personal information and ensure that your rights and interests are fully respected and protected. As our user, your rights include but are not limited to accessing, correcting or deleting your personal information. You can access and update your personal information by logging into our app. If you want to delete your information, please contact customer service. We will delete your personal information as soon as possible in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
